Welcome to our Church Support network, where fellowship fuels faith. We invite small, house, and traditional pastors to connect twice a month, fostering growth in our congregations. Every church unites for a unified worship night once a month, cultivating encouragement through collective praise. We stand together in promoting ministries such as Bible studies, individual sessions, and small groups, forging a path to fruitful service in our communities.
Church Planting
Designed for the passionate leaders emerging from our discipleship process, GEM's intensive internship features weekly sessions focused on preparation and training, ensuring that each church plant is rooted in strong foundations and ready to thrive within the community.

Our network works by leveraging these strengths to support one another, fostering collaboration and growth that echoes the spirit of the first century church. The history of Growth Encouragement Ministries
Growth Encouragement Ministries was founded in 2003 to help expand God’s Kingdom by encouraging Jesus followers to step into their God-given purposes. What began as a practical response to a common need—small churches lacking a paid minister of education—has grown into a broader mission: to equip and empower churches for purposeful, sustainable growth.
Our Story
- Start: Aiming to support small churches by providing access to education ministry without added payroll, GEM stepped in to meet an immediate, shared need.
- Expansion: We broadened our work to include special projects and consulting for church mergers, replants, mission trips, and dissolutions.
- Focus Today: Today, GEM concentrates on small and house church planting, helping communities of believers flourish in multiplication and authentic discipleship.
